Selling one home and buying another at the same time is a lot to manage, and I wasn't sure how smooth it was actually going to go. When I first moved to Southern California ~7 years ago, I contacted Cheryl Lynch of the Lynch Group, and within a week, Cheryl had me in a very nice rental, after showing me a number of other locations for direct comparison. I remained in that home until recently, when I moved to a new location nearby. The Lynch Group not only handled the sale of my my previous rental, for my landlord, but Brionne handled getting me a new place, which is even nicer than my past location! Cheryl and Brionne are strictly professional, pleasant to work with, and they made every effort to get me a place as per my exact criteria! I have recommended the Lynch Group to a number of others over the years, and they had the same excellent experiences and results that I have had. Elizabeth was amazing. I had to sell the home I inherited from my parents, a Home that I had lived in for 47 years. It was difficult for me to leave, and I’m not experienced in the real estate market, but Elizabeth made it go so smoothly. We got more money than I had asked for, and she was very patient with me while I purchased my new home, which she helped me with. Colin did a great job in helping me find a rental property. I had just sold a home and was deciding whether to rent or purchase my next place. I appreciated that Colin was open to helping me with either one. Not all agents are available to help you with the rental process. Colin was knowledgeable about the various cities, personable, and helped negotiate terms during the rental process. He kept me up to date regularly and would reach out to listings when they were slow in responding. I’m glad I chose Colin to navigate the rental process, it made my life much easier than DIYing it.

Cheryl & her team are amazing! My husband, doggie daughter & I were making the move from San Diego to Orange County. Of course we needed a Realtor.
